Job Description

Established for several years, this forward-thinking and welcoming, Burntwood-based, company has an opening for an enthusiastic and engaging Sales Account Manager who has a track record of identifying opportunities and maximising profitability.Fast-growing and hugely successful, this company works with a great selection of customers and is now looking to strengthen its existing sales team by recruiting a dynamic Account Manager who is naturally sales-led and has a passion for fostering lastingconnections with new and existing customers.An important hire for the company, you’ll play an integral role in selling their full portfolio of products to new and existing customers, whilst also growing and retaining already established accounts.

  • Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 depending upon experience plus commission and a yearly bonus based on business performance
  • Benefits: Access to a pension scheme, free onsite parking, medical insurance, free tea and coffee, regular company socials, medical insurance
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Day-to-day duties:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to actively promote the product range
  • Actively upsell and cross-sell, actively promoting the full product range to existing customers
  • Research and positively identify new business opportunities and build a network of new customers
  • Handle all sales administration tasks, including providing tailored quotes and processing customer orders
  • Meet and exceed expectations, adhering to sales targets and KPIs
The successful candidate will:
  • Have a track record in generating results and closing sales in a busy sales environment
  • Possess a natural flair for sales with the ability to use your initiative and overcome objectives
  • Be a confident and professional communicator, with a superb telephone manner and the ability to build rapport
  • Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team and shows enthusiasm and passion
