Activity trails, adventures play areas, and an exciting school holiday programme has made Gibside popular with families.This post presents an ideal development opportunity to deliver Gibsides partnership and programming ambition Click here for more information about this location What youll be doing As Senior partnership & programming officer youll use your understanding of audience and community needs to develop our existing partnerships ensuring they are mutually beneficial and deliver business growth. Youll work closely with senior marcomms andvisitor experience officer to further develop our exciting partnership with Sony music who deliver Christmas at Gibside an illuminated Winter trail and Firebrick Brewery who partner us in running our onsite pub The Garden Tap.Youll work with the whole property team to create a year-round public engagement programme of experiences across your property portfolio such as our family camping experience and summer holiday activity planner. This role is a member of the property leadershipteam, has duty manager and staff & volunteer line management responsibility. Everyone on site works one day per weekend.This role includes volunteer line management and weekend working is expected Who were looking for Wed love to hear from you if you have:
