Ralph Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a French Speaking eCommerce Content Marketing Exec, this opportunity would be suitable for a recent graduate, someone with previous experience or an interest in Digital Marketing who would like to be partof a growing, progressive company.Training, support and development is a big part of the company’s ethos! Our client offers hybrid or work from home along with a competitive salary and benefits!The Role-The eCommerce Content Executive will be responsible for providing translated product descriptions from English to French across the business’ websites and marketplaces, ensuring that for each product the customer is provided with descriptive and accuratecontent, ensuring they receive the best experience possible.The effective eCommerce Content Executive will also be responsible for creating engaging and informative content with the aim of improving the performance of the organic channel, by writing category descriptions as well blog articles.

To undertake the translation of product content from English to French for use on the company’s international websites
To actively review the front-end of the websites to ensure that content is up-to-date and well presented, and to work with the Merchandising team to ensure that products are merchandised effectively across descriptions, images, specifications, add-ons andup sells
Provide translations for product manuals, user guides, instructional videos and any other product-related content
Understand the product range and utilise that knowledge to provide high-quality informative content that provides the best possible customer experience on the company’s websites
Provide copy writing services for the websites and brands, including the production of category descriptions, blog articles and any other website content, with the goal of driving improvements to the Organic marketing channel as well as customer engagement.This will also entail proactively reviewing the front end of the website to ensure that content is correct, up to date and implemented according to brand standards and best practice
Work closely with the SEO & Content Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns and general marketing activity is relevant and product driven

The Candidate-

Experience of translating English content
Experience of, or the ability to write high quality online content
Experience of writing high quality online content such as blogs or articles desired not essential
Experience of social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest desired not essential
Fluent written language skills in French
Will have a pro-active and outgoing approach, not afraid of hard work and willing to put in the extra effort to succeed
Ability to write, edit and proof read grammatically correct content is essential
Exceptional attention to detail
General interest in all aspects of digital marketing
