Success means much more than just profits; we want this to be a place people enjoy coming to work, and a business our co-owners feel proud of!In 2021, we were delighted to be awarded two-star Best Companies accreditation, recognising Riverford as an outstanding place to work.What youll be doingYoull be joining a cross-functional digital product team, fully responsible for Riverfords customer-facing websites and mobile app. This highly skilled team includes engineers, product designers, content and SEO managers, all working together to make Riverfordsdigital shopping experience best of class.Technology is key to Riverfords success, and youll be integral in designing and delivering software solutions that enable outstanding customer experiences.What is the salaryUp to £60,000 per annum DOERequirements- Capable of bringing to life user interface designs using web technologies.- Proven experience in commercial software development.- You will have built great software and helped teach others how to do the same.- Expertise in HTML and CSS, with up-to-date knowledge of the tech and best practices for building responsive, accessible websites and apps.- Great modern JavaScript skills, well versed in working in a functional style.We are less concerned about specifics than we are about cultural fit and the ambition and capability to learn and develop your skills. If there is something on our list which is out of your comfort zone, thats fine, but expect us to expect you to pick it upand run with it should you join us.
