What youll be doing Working in our newly formed Business Change Team, you will be responsible for partnering the business to ensure the effective delivery of our most strategically important programmes of work. Our roadmap is an exciting one, with a mix of projects & programmeswhich support our operations and growth to those which support our response to the climate & ecological crisis to inspiring more households to enjoy veg packed diets.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the business, leading the setup of the programme management function within Riverford, working closely with key stakeholders. Crucial to the success of this position will be the ability to lead throughchange, establishing buy in and taking people with you.Youll be a strong communicator, able to clearly and confidently outline decisions, approaches and conclusions which are key to wider business success. Youll be process driven, wanting to follow our new governance processes. And most of all, youll want towork with likeminded and highly capable people to support the delivery of fantastic, flavoursome, and ethical food!Requirements- Strong programme management experience - having a proven background of delivering complex large-scale operation and people programmes.- Ideally, experience of working in a central change or transformation team with an ability to see the complexity in a programme and be able to plan accordingly- Good knowledge of programme and project management methodologies (MSPAPMPrince2Agile)What are the hours 40 hours a week.
