Job Description

Role Purpose:We are growing again and due to an internal promotion we are looking for someone to takeover the administration of our customer samples and support our existing team. This is a part-time role, four hours per dayIn a nutshell you will be responsible for managing all elements of the customer samples process for the company including ordering stock, managing the samples room, and despatching and tracking orders to customers and dealing with any associated queriesYou will also support the sales liaison team in dealing with customer queries and providing other support as neededKey Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing samples from our samples store and sending out to customers by parcels carrier, logging despatches and following through with any delivery queries as necessary
  • Maintaining the product stock levels in the samples store and re-ordering when needed from our various warehouses
  • Managing and re-ordering packaging as needed
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation within the samples room
  • Providing general admin support to the team
Essential Criteria:
  1. Commitment to delivering service of the highest quality to our customers
  2. High level of attention to detail and pride in ones work
  3. Minimum GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
  4. Numerate and hands on use of Microsoft Office including spread sheets
  5. Good general office experience and working across multiple teams
Personal Attributes:
  1. Organised and methodical to manage multiple orders at the same time
  2. Strong and proven ability to, focus on the detail, adhere to process and on getting it right first time
  3. Clear verbal and written communication skills
  4. Good team player with a willingness to help out
