Job Description

Looking for a bright fun nursery where you can grow and achieve the best of your abilitiesTinies has a fantastic nursery located in SE4 Brockley area, looking for a Room leader.A passionate caring hard working candidate who can confidently and professionally manage a room.Looking for a confident experinced Room leader.

  • You will be based in their 2-4years old room
  • Normal hours of work - 38.75 hours per week. (Between the hours of 7:45am - 6:15pm )
  • Working Monday to Friday with one hour lunch.
  • Fantastic salary at £23,071.75 per annum!
  • Based in SE4 Brockley
    • Your key responsibilities :
  • To act as room leader and ensure the EYP team provide a caring, emotionally secure,stimulating and safe environment, appropriate to the needs of individual children.
  • To implement the principles of the EYFS, providing a wide and varied range of activities for the children appropriate to their needs and developmental stage.
  • Scope of position:
  • To lead the implementation of the EYFS and ECM in the nursery setting and meet all Ofsted requirements.
  • To ensure all children receive rich and stimulating experiences, in a safe, caring and nurturing environment to support all aspects and components of the EYFS.
  • To work with the staff team to ensure the ethos of the nursery and its policies, procedures and practices.
  • To act in Third in Charge in the absence of both the Nursery Deputy and Manager.
