About the company Hulian is a growing online property investments & lettings company based in Brockley, London and we are looking for the right individual to help out our friendly team across many remote & physical activities. Main Role Lettings, tenant and property management of a portfolio of HMO multi-let & single let properties in mainly South East London all within the M25.Finding new tenants online, conducting tenant viewings and check ins and check outs, conducting property inspections regularly and managing tenant queries and property maintenanceKey TasksAdministration & data entryCourteous customer serviceBook viewingsRespond to emailsComplete contracts and paper work associated with tenantsDaily reporting to company managerManage the cleaning and maintenance teamPhysically attend rental properties as and when requiredQualifications Required:No formal qualifications needed but a good level of numeracy and literacy is essential. Full training provided and checklists reinforce how each task or process should be completed. You’re fluent in English, youre good at written and spoken English. Sending articulate emails is important. Youre IT comfortable, someone who has experience with Dropbox, Trello & Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, compiling reports etc.Successful candidate will ideally have:Ability to work on own initiative and alongside remote manager.Good attention to detail and accuracy skillsExcellent telephone and people skillsCapable of organising and prioritising workload and meeting deadlinesHonest, reliable and friendly personalityAbility to work from home with own computer, printer/scanner/copier. Laptop may be providedA car and a clean driver’s licence (The ideal candidate will live close to South London and drive but we will also consider candidates within South of M25 without a car and driver license, but have the ability commute)Working HoursMust be available between 9am - 6/7pm Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Saturday to answer phone calls & emails. Will be required and available for viewings and as when they occur, sometimes on Saturday. The opportunity is part time as and when required, on average only 20 hours per week. Some days will be busy.Pay Starting £720 per calendar month plus bonus up to £200 each time a property or room is filled. Seasonal bonus structure for goal orientated performance.
