Job Description

As an Internal Sales/Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering an effortless customer experience, whilst developing and building relationships with our clients customers based across South Wales.

  • Dealing with all customer enquiries effectively and efficiently
  • Ensuring quotes have been completed in a timely manner.
  • Sales order processing through to delivery, invoicing, and payment.
  • Liaising with external suppliers, sourcing products and availability where necessary
  • Maximise sales and opportunities through added value product and service to all incoming customer enquiries.
  • Develop strong and collaborative working relationships with customers.
  • Facilitating requests for new accounts, catalogues and updating contact details
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and accurately, to promote customer loyalty.
  • Supporting our external sales team, liaising with customers and suppliers offering administration support
  • Processing orders for consignment customers (vending)
  • Progressing purchase orders with suppliers – confirming delivery dates, lead times, updating ERP system.
  • Communicate any updates on orders/pricing and stock availability.
  • Dealing with invoice and claim queries.
  • Processing online purchase orders via credit card
  • Assist in company stock take procedures as required.
About You:
  • Proven experience of working incustomer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of numerical data
  • Able to prioritise and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to interact well with a diverse range of people (internal and external colleagues, suppliers and customers)
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft packages and bespoke databases.
  • A flexible and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Resourceful, self-driven and motivated
  • Enjoys a varied role.
