Job Description

Commercial Manager£50,000BridgendWe are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to join our Facilities and Building provider to be based in Bridgend. The role comes with a salary up to £50,000.Will consider QS looking to move up.Responsibilities for Commercial Manager

  • Key role in negotiations.
  • Initiating and leading Commercial process.
  • Establish and complete reports on time and accurately.
  • Understanding clients’ needs and contracts fully.
  • Responsible for Commercial resource management.
  • Make sure Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures are followed.
  • Assist and Input Divisional and Winning works team.
  • Identify, manage, and reduce unnecessary costs.
  • Ensure materials and supplies are in place and on time.
  • Recognize potential projects risks and act upon them as Commercial Manager.
  • Maintain and develop new relationships with clients.
  • Attend and Head meetings.
Requirements for Commercial Manager
  • Able to communicate effectively on different levels.
  • Full understanding of TUPE and pension regulations.
  • Develop new ideas, approaches, and processes.
  • High level of commercial and technical knowledge as Commercial Manager.
  • Understanding of financial models – cashflow, turnover forecast, project profit/loss statements.
  • Develop good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental law.
