SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join one of their growing clients based in the out-skirts of Nottingham. This is a permanent position, working 9-5pm Monday to Friday. It is essential you are able to drive to get to the company location. The role is perfect of candidates living in Ruddington, West Bridgeford, Bingham, Keyworth and the surrounding areas. Typical duties will include: Answering the switchboard Meeting and greeting visitors Signing visitors in Handling general reception enquiries Opening and sorting post Dealing with outgoing post General office administration Support to various departments End to end administration Order processing Filing, scanning Handling incoming calls and emails The company are keen for someone to have a background in Administration - Training will be provided. My client offer a great working environment, onsite parking and you will be joining a fantastic, friendly team with an excellent office culture.
