Job Description

ADMIN ASSISTANT-12 MONTH FTCBRENTFORDSALARY UP TO 25K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCEHOURS OF WORK 8.00AM-5.00PM-MONDAY TO FRIDAYOur client is a construction company based in Brentford. An opportunity has arisen within the finance team for an Admin Assistant, office based role, on a 12-month FTC. Reporting directly into the Financial Controller you will have great exposure to thefinancial activities of this successful and growing resourcing business.What you will be doing:Role & ResponsibilitiesCore Job

  • Maintaining all aspects of the weekly third party payroll process (CIS, Umbrella, LTDs)
  • Timesheet processing
  • Deductions cover
  • Reporting to third party CIS, Umbrella and LTDs
  • Query resolution
Other DutiesThese will include but not be limited to:
  • Producing the weekly supplier pay run
  • Posting journals into Sage
  • Assist in checking all sales invoices as per set processes each week for all invoiced clients, and distribute adjustments report, and invoicing file ready for uploading to SAGE.
  • Assisting the Credit Control function in resolving queries/making corrections in relation to invoices/statements to secure prompt payment.
  • Maintaining Files and Folder structures in the accounts mailbox and shared files, as well as keeping the filing cabinets organized and easy to locate.
  • Undertaking other accounts tasks as instructed - including assisting with the Purchase ledger entries/payments and assisting with the Bank reconciliation postings.
  • Assisting other staff members and providing holiday cover for other tasks as required.
