Service Manager vacancy - Motor TradeLocation: BoltonSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus bonus & benefits, OTE £45,000We are currently recruiting for a driven and experienced Service Manager for our clients main Car dealer site in the Bolton area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Service Manager to join an established site, working for a superb brand and dealer group. Running a strong team, we are looking for someone who can bring everyone together to create a smooth operation. Service Manager Role:As Service Manager, you will be looking after a busy and professional dealership where your remit will be to manage all aspects of the department: Overseeing the day to day running of the Workshop, managing the Technicians to achieve maximum productivity, makingsure that the Service Advisors are very customer focused and achieve up sales targets to budgets and KPI Monitoring. You will also be working closely with the senior management to ensure that key objectives and strategies are met, we are looking for someone who is constantly looking to improve the department and to exceed targets.
