Due to continued success Love Energy Savings are looking for experienced Energy Sales Consultants to join the successful retentions/renewals team. The Energy Sales Consultant role is pivotal to ensuring a high level of client retention is maintained throughputting the relationship with customers at the heart of the business.Energy Sales Consultant duties:
  • As the Energy Sales Consultant you will proactively engage with existing clients who are close to their energy contract renewal date with a view to retain them as a client through a renewed sale
  • Reaching out to lapsed clients and re-establishing relationships to try and win back business
  • Taking details of additional meters as and when appropriate from relevant teams
  • Managing interactions, making sure the customer sales experience and the next interaction is in-line with the customer journey
  • Hitting SLAs and sales KPIs in-line with the company budget and business plan
  • Ensuring LES is consistently adopting the Treat Customers Fairly culture
  • Ad-hoc duties as required
Energy Sales Consultant experience required:
  • Direct Sales experience; you could have worked as a B2B Sales Consultant; Retentions Account Manager; Renewals Agent; Direct Sales Executive; Business Development Executive; Account Manager
  • Energy background preferred but full training is provided
  • Proven experience of successfully hitting targets with a steady employment history
  • Money driven
  • Professional and consultative with excellent customer service skills
