Job Description

A market leading claims validation organisation based in Bolton are seeking 3 experienced Claims Handlers to join their team on a permanent basis. Paying £20,000-£25,000pa, this role is an excellent opportunity to expand your skillset, working within a busyand fast-paced environment. These roles have become available due to growth. Please see below an overview of the role and your responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of claims, consistently working towards Service Level Agreements, striving to provide the best service possible
  • Liaise with customers via a number of different communication channels, providing professional and knowledgeable service
  • Adhere to governance and regulatory processes, ensuring all internal processes are also followed
  • Work within a team and also autonomously, contributing to a positive working culture
  • Updating the system accurately
The ideal candidate will have the relevant skills and experience:
  • Experience working within property insurance claims (would consider candidates from a motor insurance claims background)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to prioritise and manage your own workload, including managing your own cases
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • IT proficient
  • Reliable and have a stable job history
