Job Description

Unlike most, our client has ambitious expansion plans this year and is looking for temporary and permanent staff who have a strong work ethic and who exhibit an authentic desire to exceed their expectations.The Stockroom drives sales growth by flexing into multiple areas of the store including selling, cashiering, processing, replenishing, setting floorsets, and/or cleaning. If you have a genuine interest in a career with a fashion company whose financial resultsspeak for themselves then starting in the stock room is one way to get noticed.The Stockroom Associate will likely spend the majority of their time in the Stockroom and will have the opportunity to learn other skills as needed.Key Points:

  • Fast and efficiently unpacking merchandise to be floor ready
  • Maintains backroom and stock to brand standards
  • Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure the product is placed on the sales floor and available for purchase
  • All roles are responsible for driving top-line store sales through action and productivity
  • Maintaining focus
  • Taking the initiative to recover and replenish merchandise
  • Understanding and adhering to visual merchandising brand standards
  • Has a healthy, competitive spirit while maintaining a team focus
  • Is resilient and pursues opportunities to take on more responsibility
  • Seeks out coaching from leaders to improve productivity
