The OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for a field-based Territory Manager across Bluewater. This is a permanent position with Blue Square, supporting and working closely with our client Samsung, offering a salary between £27,000 - £32,000 with a great bonus.This is the perfect role if you want the opportunity to:• Work with a leading brand, you will get hands-on with all the latest tech devices• Get full training and ongoing support to enable you to fulfil your role to the best of your potential• To have the chance to be at the forefront of the omnichannel transformationThe RoleAs an Omnichannel Territory Manager, you will take complete ownership of the stores & contact centres based in your area. You will be responsible for being the driving force behind growing the strength of the brand, building valuable relationships acrossyour estate, and ultimately driving incremental sales, making Samsung the brand to beat. Working alongside with the channel teams and the In-Store Promoters within your area, you will be proactive in ensuring every sales opportunity, and return on investmentin your territory, is maximized. You will provide valuable retailer and market insight to help move the business forward and contribute to our success in the industry. You will drive engagement through remote interactions and with a strong focus on digitaltouchpoints. With an emphasis on social engagements and content, you will ensure that all channels are connected, meaning our customers have a seamless experience across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:• To develop and build strong relationships within stores through business conversations around commercial opportunities, and ways to grow the brand • Efficiently managing a call-file to maximize on peak times and availability • You will be provided the knowledge to be the expert on all products, allowing you to promote the USPs and share your knowledge across your territory • To always use your initiative to drive sales through innovative ways, sharing best practice and being proactive • Accurately reporting interactions and sales in your territory, providing valuable insight and demonstrating ROI• Omni device approach -smartphone (SMP), tablets, wearables, hearables, new computing, accessories• High quality Presentation delivery and hosting to larger groups - physical and virtualSkill, Experience & Attributes• Background/experience of omni channel route to market - retail, online/digital, contact centre• Results/target driven mindset with a proactive approach• Excellent presentation skills - physical and virtual• Strong planning and organisation skills • Negotiation and influencing capabilities • Ability to remote management across large geographical areasWhat’s in it for you• Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 pa• Bonus: 15% of Salary• Perkbox & Perkbox freebies• Company Sick Pay• Company Car• Life Assurance: 4 x annual salary
