Job Description

Wet Cleaning Facility Manager / Dry Cleaning Manager Imperial London Hotels GroupLondon WC1 40 hours a week - £40,000 - £45,000 + BenefitsIn joining our team, you’ll be immediately welcomed into the Imperial London Hotels (ILH) family where we have a rich history of 175 years of hospitality experience creating unique guest experiences.Our Laundry service - Little Bill Laundry - Provides washing services and linen rental producing over 500,00 items a week for our 7 Imperial London Hotels and other hotel brands across central London. We are a family run business with over 113 years of experienceand are committed to providing a green, sustainable and reliable service though our investment in the best machinery and operating a fleet of CNG vehicles to lead the way for sustainable laundry processes.What we want from youA proven track record of working within the commercial laundry sector with some technical knowledge. To manage and supervise the operations team preparing, processing, finishing, repairing or dispatching garments to required quality standards. Setting theoperations KPIs with the general manager and producing and managing the operational budgetEnsure and enforce that the Operations Team carry out and maintain their operations in compliance with UK Statutory regulations. Produce and put in place the preventive and corrective maintenance plan to keep the machinery in perfect conditions in compliancewith UK Statutory regulationsInterview and recruit staff for the operations department and Ensuring the welfare of all staff within the areas under your management. Report any incident with any member of the staff following the company procedures. Plan annual leave available slots throughoutthe year and produce a rota for each shift for all the operations team members.What you’ll get in return
