We are a family run business with over 113 years of experienceand are committed to providing a green, sustainable and reliable service though our investment in the best machinery and operating a fleet of CNG vehicles to lead the way for sustainable laundry processes.What we want from youA proven track record of working within the commercial laundry sector with some technical knowledge. To manage and supervise the operations team preparing, processing, finishing, repairing or dispatching garments to required quality standards. Setting theoperations KPIs with the general manager and producing and managing the operational budgetEnsure and enforce that the Operations Team carry out and maintain their operations in compliance with UK Statutory regulations. Produce and put in place the preventive and corrective maintenance plan to keep the machinery in perfect conditions in compliancewith UK Statutory regulationsInterview and recruit staff for the operations department and Ensuring the welfare of all staff within the areas under your management. Report any incident with any member of the staff following the company procedures. Plan annual leave available slots throughoutthe year and produce a rota for each shift for all the operations team members.What you’ll get in return
