Offering a hybrid working pattern of 3-2- days in the office-home, Yeo Valley Farms presents a compelling move for a highly charged commercial finance professional.RoleWorking for the I&S Director and with the wider finance team, your will enable fact-based decision-making by providing the best possible commercial analysis to your Yeo Valley Farms stakeholders. This role will pro-actively support business decisions andreview performance by using all data available to create meaningful, insightful commercial analysis in relation to ongoing and upcoming issues and scenario planning. This role will support teams sat across the Yeo Valley Farms group, including Brand, ConsumerGoods, Experience and its investment teams in Associates and Infrastructure.

Supporting Yeo Valley Farms stakeholders with clear, rational commercial analysis to help inform business decision-making and scenario planning.
Taking the lead on reviewing, understanding and challenging business performance on a regular basis.
Support in the analysis of monthly and quarterly performance for reporting purposes.
Generating meaningful insight into any issues arising, or as part of any upcoming investment proposals.
Provide detailed financial support as part of any financial planning/ budgeting processes.
Provide ad hoc support, where required, to the Yeo Valley Farms Executive team.
Liaising with the Yeo Valley Farms Finance team to support with any financial forecasting requirements and analysis.

About YouAs a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven commercial finance experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, you will have strong experience of financial planning and budgeting. Experience of working in the consumer FMCG and / or brand ledsectors would be highly desirable and it goes without saying you would be an effective influencer at all levels, able to build trust and identify and drive organisational priorities and initiatives.
