This opportunity has arisen due to the companys expansion, and you will be an integral part of their successstory.Working within the Quality Department, you will play a pivotal role in implementing quality and business improvements to maximise production, profitability, and customer service within a manufacturing environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs Quality Engineer you will address product quality issues, improve our clients processes, drive Relentless Continuous Improvement (RCI), and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).You will be managing the non-conformance and Jira process in order to successfully monitor product quality and improve the reliability of all products through root cause analysis. You will help to develop and manage reliability and functional testing for newproducts to drive the resolution of reliability and safety issues.Additional responsibilities will include conducting supplier quality audits, managing supplier non-conformances, and auditing compliance to ISO 9001:2015 standards.In this critical role, you will act as the lead Quality representative tasked with driving improvements that improve the overall cost of quality and help deliver on time in full. Utilising your first-class problem-solving and lean quality acumen you will betargeted with driving ongoing quality improvements across a number of prestigious, cutting-edge value streams within the business. You will also ensure customer satisfaction by making tangible improvements to the quality performance of the business.You will have a quality background which covers both product quality and quality control as you will play a lead role in supporting assembly processes in a low-volume mechanical assembly and precision machining environment, with the passion and drive to continuallyevolve quality within this leading, state-of-the-art business.Knowledge and Skills:To succeed as Quality Engineer, you must have experience within Quality and/or Supplier Quality Engineering within a Manufacturing, Production or Automation environment.
