A growing Engineering company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee site based M&E / HVAC packages on Construction projects within the Process IndustryReporting to the Commercial Director you will have 4 key areas that you will be responsible for* Quality Systems Management* Construction Project Management* Managing installation staff and sub-contractors* Contract ManagementYou will ensure that the systems for relevant quality standards are compliant with legislation and good practice and suitable processes are in place to enable staff and subcontractors to comply with them. You will also review and oversee all commercial agreementswith customers or partners, in addition to overseeing project management activities and ensure that installation and staff and subcontractors are managed and meet project deadlinesThe successful candidate will have previous HVAC or M&E Project Management experience within the Process Manufactiring sector coupled with a good knowledge of CDM and ISO9001:2015 standards. Good commercial skills and knowledge of supply contracts, NDAs,agency agreements etc is also needed.
