Job Description

FLEET COMPLIANCE CO-ORDINATORWe are looking to recruit an experienced Fleet Compliance Co-ordinator for a leading company in the field of highway electrical assets maintenance and installation. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join a company thattakes social responsibility seriously and is determined to support society in accelerating towards to Net Zero.ROLE: Fleet Compliance Co-ordinatorLOCATION: Remote (UK based) with the ability to travel within the UK and Republic of Ireland if needed.SALARY: between £35,000 - £46,000 per annum plus car allowanceJOB TYPE: PermanentHOURS: Full time, Monday to FridayBENEFITS:

THE ROLE:
  • Establishing and implementing a comprehensive audit and compliance program for the sites, ensuring proper usage and adherence to regulations.
  • Verifying and maintaining the compliance of the fleet in terms of MOT, insurance, and HGV-PMI (Planned Maintenance Inspection).
  • Setting up a maintenance planner, keeping track of essential tasks such as MOT deadlines and scheduled maintenance for various vehicles.
  • Overseeing property compliance, covering aspects such as PAT testing, utilities, and other relevant regulations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement necessary changes and improvements in their depots.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
  • Previous experience in fleet management, preferably with a focus on commercial vehicles, HGVs, MEWPs, and HIABs.
  • Familiarity with O-Licence requirements and standards.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to create and maintain comprehensive reports and databases.
  • Willingness to travel to various UK/Ireland depots.
