Job Description

PURPOSE:To work with the Heads of HR to support the delivery of the HR strategy whilst providing a customer centric HR service that meets the requirements of the business, taking accountability for the day to day ER and HR project work.Salary£34000 - £36000 per ann + £5000 car allowance37.5 hour working week MON - FRIUK travel expected.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing and managing the end to end HR activities on a day to day basis
  • Line management and dedicated mentoring of 3 HR support advisors with clearly defined development plans.
  • Working in partnership with mid-level managers to develop dynamic relationships which enhances the HR profile whilst maintaining the strategic integrity of the department
  • Partnering with the wider management team to define development solutions and provide 1-1 coaching, demonstrable via KPI reviews
  • To ensure that NCPs core values are embedded into the development cycle, focusing on cultural and behavioural change
  • Contributes to development activity by delivering ER focused training either face to face, in groups or virtually
  • Identify any adverse behaviours and seek solutions that may impact the business on both a commercial or reputational basis
  • To effectively manage high volume caseloads within designated SLAs
  • To produce monthly MI data relating to all HR activities
  • Will be exposed to TUPE transfers, change management and org design
PERSON SPECIFICATION.
  • Excellent management and Team building skills and is able to lead by example
  • Communication and interpersonal skills are paramount to ensure the continued positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Must have strong negotiating skills and able to influence in a positive manner or environment
  • Able to analyse complex issues and make sound judgements in a timely manner
Knowledge/ Experience:
  • Solid experience in HR with a minimum of 2 years within a Senior advisory role
  • Demonstrated ability in supporting organizations through significant change whilst maintaining the status quo of the department
  • Experience in a consultative role managing multiple priorities and projects with discipline and a structured process
  • Full UK driving license.
