You?ll be speaking to members of the British Airways Executive Club and arranging travel to a number of worldwide destinations.In return, we offer a competitive basic salary, monthly commission, shift allowance (if applicable) and fantastic travel benefits.Duties:

    • Salary and benefits:
  • Annual salary of £17,836 plus commission
  • Full time or part time hours across split shifts + Shift allowance (if applicable)

    • To be considered for a homeworking position you must meet the following requirements?
  • Have a suitable workspace that allows you to avoid distraction
  • A suitable desk and task chair
  • Access to a live landline socket
  • Broadband connectivity
  • Permissions from homeowner or mortgage lender to undertake permanent homeworking
    • Working Hours - 4 weeks 3 days classroom training, when you will be working Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730. This means you will need to live within a 50-mile radius of the Contact Centre (WA3 7WE). Following this you will have a further 4 weeks settling in period, taking calls working Monday to Friday 09.30 - 17.30 or 1200 - 2000 within a supported environment in our Contact Centre (8-10 weeks in total). You will then go live on your Roster on 24th April 2020 - subject to manager authorisationTo begin your journey on 24th February 2020 you?ll need to be available to attend a fun and thorough training programme followed by a 4 week settling in period at the Contact Centre in Warrington (8-10 weeks in total). No holidays are authorised during training to allow you to successfully complete the training. Required skills
