As our social media content creator, youll be the driving force behind our online presence, shaping our brandimage and engaging with our audience like never before across every one of our social channels!You will have autonomy to create content plans for all our company social media platforms and be the driving force behind our founder and BBC special advisors social platforms. Plan and execute effective social media campaigns and strategies for McCarthy Recruitment
Management of incoming communication on all social media platforms
Collaborate with the senior leadership and sales teams on content ideas
Create on-brand graphics and videos for all social media channels
Use social media analytics tools to analyse market trends and monitor the success of campaigns and help influence future campaigns
Capture day to day
Manage ang grow our social media presence, interact with followers and stay ahead of industry trends
Write regular blogs for the company website and social media
Manage the day to day social channels for our founder and regular BBC special advisor Kate McCarthy
Assist in keeping the content of the McCarthy Recruitment and Flexible Meetings website up to date.
Help plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns to keep our clients and candidates to drive revenue for the business
Production of marketing materials for internal and external use
Assist in the creation of internal communication graphics
