Alarm Receiving Centre Operator - (ARC Operator) - Birchwood, WarringtonMarlowe Fire & Security, a specialist business within Marlowe Fire and Security Group, are looking to grow their team with the appointment of an experienced Alarm Receiving Centre Operator - (ARC Operator)

• Basis salary up to £25,500

• Provide CCTV monitoring services and meet required standards and customer SLAs.
• Provide Fire / Intruder alarm monitoring services and meet required standards and customer SLAs
• Provide an Out of Hours Service Call-Out function in accordance with MFSG requirements and policies.
• To provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Complete appropriate incident reports as required.

For thisopportunity, we are specifically looking for candidates who offer:

• Prior experience in working in an ARC function.
• Willingness to work shift patterns that may often include unsociable hours. Shift patterns will typically amount to an average of 42 hours per week.
• Experience of working on computers including MS Office and Windows.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• An SIA Front Line Public Space CCTV Licence is desirable
