Our Trainee Recruitment Consultant RoleAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will essentially run your own recruitment business within the Evolution family.
  • Sourcing and building relationships with new clients and candidates
  • Delivering your own personalised impressive experience for your clients and candidates
  • Host unique webinars and podcasts with your potential and existing clients discussing a range of interesting topics
  • Advertising and sourcing the perfect candidates for your clients
  • Organise interviews and meetings with your clients
  • Using social media to promote yours and the Evolution brand
