Job Description

ARNE is a direct to consumer, apparel and footwear brand based in Birchwood Park (near Wigan/Warrington), UK. ARNE designs and develops its products in the UK, manufactures in Europe & far east and then ships directly to its customers, with its ARNECLO.comecommerce store as its only sales channel.Founded in summer 2018 ARNE has used mainly organic marketing to deliver a great brand foundation with huge potential. This is testament to the great product market fit the team at ARNE have created.ARNE has ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team feeling all targets are achievable through new product category launches alongside the creation of paid media and CRM activity to further amplify the great product / brand assets ARNE has alreadycreated.Reporting to our Head of Commercial youll look after our organic social media channels (from Insta to Blogs and everything in-between) and youll also create the assets needed to post on them in a manner which increases ARNEs followers and engagement rates.Requirements

  • Coordinate all Organic Social content to ensure that posts are activated in a timely manner, maximizing opportunities for customers / prospects to click through to our website/s and go on to make purchases or consume content (depending on goal for content),for, but not limited to;
    • Organic Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter)
    • Blogs
  • Have a working knowledge of social media platform content / post algorithms. When is the best time to post What format etc
  • Devise social campaigns and; advise on best formats, times and content and create the visual assets / content yourself;
  • Feed in social platform and content best practice knowledge during campaign / trading calendar sessions
  • Create and maintain best practice documents on the main social channels and communicate these to the wider team on a regular basis
  • Ensure metadata and tagging on social assets is optimised
  • Be a social media native - stay abreast of social trends and new social opportunities and report on these to the business
  • Deep knowledge and practical experience of working with key social platforms for our target audience
  • Be a social expert - have a good understanding of target audience behaviours on key social channels, and recommend how content should respond to this
  • Help lead and maintain day to day relationships with social platforms
  • Pro-actively use search, social tools and trends data to identify new content opportunities
  • Research customer demographic/gap analysis in order to identify growth areas for the brand
  • Researching new trends and areas of innovation, identifying new opportunities to help grow ARNEs brand awareness and reach
  • Monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites for opportunities for our brands
  • Building weekly and monthly reports to present to the wider business
  • Act as voice of the brand if necessary or pass customer queries to relevant teams
About You:
  • 1+ Years of managing social media channel/s
  • Good photoshop / creative output skills / experience
  • Artistic bias, with a eye for whats cool / trends in social media
  • Experience in graphics
  • Have a working knowledge of retail, ecommerce and marketing businesses
  • Have a good understanding of how to generate greater followers and engagement in social media / entertainment platforms
  • Intellectual and emotional intelligence in balanced / equal measure
  • Are a subjective thinker in terms of ideas, following your instinct, but youll be used to using internal/external data to underpin your ideas with confidence
  • You are independent and self-directed but able to work and lead a team of creative and customer facing individuals
  • Have reasonable analytical skills to track and manage performance
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to persuasively sell ideas
  • A quick learner who can process lots of information and prioritise action
  • Effectively navigate and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Are an outcomes focused manager, with strong team orientation
  • Are bullish about ARNE and its potential
