Here you will lead a team of c.10 Account Managers. Supported by their impressive Managing Director, this is an outstanding opportunity for a highly-ambitious and talented B2B Sales Manager to join a fast-growing business, which will see you develop the current team and an existing warm client base within thishigh-performing team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to communicate, inspire and motivate
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and good people management skills
  • Excellent time management skills to maximise their ability to reach goals
  • Ability to identify, recruit and hire talented sales reps
