The RoleThe Digital Content Creator (12 Month Contract) at Evolution will play a keyrole in creating and delivering engaging and inspiring content across our range ofdigital channels.Ensuring our digital presence supports and enhances our business offering anddelivers our messages effectively, the role will support the Digital Marketing Managersupporting the creation of digital content.The role will work across a range of projects in the organisation and thereforeeffective working relationships will need to be formed with various internal teams.The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who is passionate about digitalmarketing and producing best in class content. The role would suit a digital marketerlooking for a new varied challenge or is looking to take the next step up in theircareer. There will be opportunities to develop your current digital marketing skills andlearn new ones.Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day content backlog that includes; Graphic design,audio/video production and copywriting. Manage all content archives in an easily accessible format via (Canva,Dropbox, Sharepoint) Create and update the website assets using the camera to shoot high-qualitypictures or videos. Develop creative design ideas, suggest new innovative ways of deliveringdigital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends. Be comfortable with quick delivery of adhoc tasks that might include; Creatingarticles, ebooks, graphics, presentations or sales documentation. Ability to communicate effectively working with a variety of internal teamswhen necessary.Essential Skills: Experience using Adobe suite & Canva for graphic design work. Experience managing and organising files in cloud storage (Google Drive orMS Sharepoint) Educated to degree level, ideally in marketing or communications, orsignificant experience of working in a digital marketing role. Energy, enthusiasm and proven experience in producing digital content anddigital best practice, preferably with a business services organisation. Excellent attention to detail. Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience using web content management systems, preferably wordpress Good written and oral communication skills. Good proof-reading skills.Desirable but not necessary: Relevant digital marketing qualification and/or training Experience with Microsoft Suite (teams, sharepoint, streams, ect)NICR2022
