Job Description

The Digital Content Creator (12 Month Maternity Cover) at Evolution will play a key role in creating and delivering engaging and inspiring content across our range of digital channels.Ensuring our digital presence supports and enhances our business offering and delivers our messages effectively, the role will support the Digital Marketing Manager supporting the creation of digital content.The role will work across a range of projects in the organisation and therefore effective working relationships will need to be formed with various internal teams.The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who is passionate about digital marketing and producing best in class content. The role would suit a digital marketer looking for a new varied challenge or is looking to take the next step up in their career.There will be opportunities to develop your current digital marketing skills and learn new ones.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day content backlog that includes; Graphic design, audio/video production and copywriting.
  • Manage all content archives in an easily accessible format via (Canva, Dropbox, Sharepoint)
  • Create and update the website assets using the camera to shoot high-quality pictures or videos.
  • Develop creative design ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Be comfortable with quick delivery of adhoc tasks that might include; Creating articles, ebooks, graphics, presentations or sales documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively working with a variety of internal teams when necessary.
Essential Skills:
  • Experience using Adobe suite & Canva for graphic design work.
  • Experience managing and organising files in cloud storage (Google Drive or MS Sharepoint)
  • Educated to degree level, ideally in marketing or communications, or significant experience of working in a digital marketing role.
  • Energy, enthusiasm and proven experience in producing digital content and digital best practice, preferably with a business services organisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience using web content management systems, preferably wordpress
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Good proof-reading skills.
Desirable but not necessary:
  • Relevant digital marketing qualification and/or training
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (teams, sharepoint, streams, ect)
