Job Description

2nd/3rd Line Engineer (IT, Support, 2nd Line, 3rd Line, Office365, Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, In-Tune, AD, Active Directory) - Permanent - Warrington Charles Simon Associates are currently looking for an 2nd/3rd Line Engineer on a permanent basis for a fast growing business based in WarringtonSalary: £27,000-£32,000 per annumLocation: WarringtonSkills/Requirements for the 2nd/3rd Line Engineer:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience of working on projects in addition to BAU support
  • Strong Active Directory and Windows Server
  • Office365 experience
  • Experience of Hyper-V and/or VMware
  • Some exposure to Azure or AWS
  • In-Tune experience is highly desirable
    • Start date for the 2nd/3rd Line Engineer is ASAPThe 2nd/3rd Line Engineer will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring that any desktop, server and network related issues are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with clients on a daily basis to provide a good service
  • Working onsite when needed
  • Supporting multiple clients whose needs differ
  • Bringing projects in on time and budget to client specification
