Job Description

Are you an experienced Quality or Audit Administrator looking to kick start your career in an exciting new industry Interested in working for an international aviation specialist Then we may have just the role for you!.....Amour Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well established Aviation Engineering specialist, who are looking to add Quality Technical Support to their Caerphilly operation on a permanent basis. The Quality Technical Support will be working withina small team reporting to the Lead Quality Engineer.Due to the nature of the role, you will be based at our clients Caerphilly facility and will ideally have a strong background in a similar role. There will be a need for occasional travel, so a valid passport and driving licence are essential.Responsibilities Incude:

Supplier Approval Management
Internal Audit
Customer/ Regulatory /External Audit Support
Coverage for Data Administration /Quantum Requests
Q-Pulse Administration to include
- NCRs
- Customer database
- Supplier database
- People database - training/ new hires / leavers
- Document Management
General duties for QMS administration

Essential Requirements:

Relevant admin experience within a quality or audit function
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Experience of Excel/Power Point/Word/Outlook.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Ability to work under pressure and cope with large volumes of work.
Highly organised and efficient.

Desirable:

Experience using Quantum.
Experience within Aviation
