Job Description

FP&A Analyst | FTSE 50 Consumer business | Bedfordshire | FTC | £35,000 - £42,000 (1 day per week in the office)JasperRose is partnering with an FMCG brand owned by an FTSE 50 business, which is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their team in a remote role (travel required to their Bedfordshire office one day per week, and head office in London one day per month).Working for this leading organisation, this exciting opportunity is a permanent role due to an internal promotion, with the potential to move around the wider group longer-term.Reporting to the Financial Controller, your key priority will be to manage the budgeting and forecasting for the brand, as well as supporting with the management accounts. You will partner with non-finance stakeholders within the business, to support withanalysis of key drivers.Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with the budgeting & forecasting for the global brand
  • Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders, providing them with up-to-date information of business performance
  • Continuously looking at ways to drive efficiencies improvements across the finance department
  • Supporting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects as requested by the group finance team
Skill set required:The successful candidate will be an active CIMA/ACCA studier with at least 1 year experience working in a commercially focused role where you have had exposure to management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting. Ideally, you will have experience workingfor a product-based business, listed company experience is desirable. You must have excellent communications skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels, you will also thrive at working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.In return for your hard work, you will be entitled to an excellent benefits package including a 5% bonus and 24 days holiday as well as the opportunity to fast track your career within a large consumer group.
