We are looking for Outbound Calling Executives for our client based on the outskirts of Frome. They are looking for immediately available candidates to join their busy team!Do you love being on the telephone talking to people and have a friendly telephone approach Our client is a leader in their field of integrated marketing services and prides itself on delivering the very best service to business and members of professionalorganisations.They are looking for full time outbound calling executives, who are comfortable making outbound calls to join their friendly team. This would really suit someone looking to gain good commercial experience.To succeed in this role you will have:

Excellent communications skills with a clear confident telephone manner
Good IT and accurate keyboard skills and be confident in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
A positive attitude and be self motivated to deliver a high quality of work
Great attention to detail

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and happy talking to a variety of people over the phone.You must also be computer literate with accurate keyboard skills and able to multi-task with speaking to customers and inputting data on to the CRM.Previous experience in an outbound calling would be great to see but not essential, as full training will be given.This role is working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 7pm with the occasional Saturday, usually 2 a month 10am-4pm.If this sounds like a role you may be keen to find out more on and are immediately available to start, then please call Sophie in our Bath branch!
