As a Customer Service Specialist with our client, you will be contacting different types of customers and making appointments, booking events and handling customer question and queries.Responsibilities:

Appointment booking

Inbound and outbound calls

Promoting company services

Working to targets

Person Specification will have:

GCSEs at Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)

High level of customer service experience

Tenacious attitude

Enjoys a busy environment

Excellent customer focus

Persuasive yet, polite and professional

IT literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Ability to multi task, great organisation and diary management
