Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to join this innovative company during this period of exciting growth.They are seeking a highly organised senior administrator to provide PA duties to the Directors alongside general office management and HR administration.Responsibilities include:

  • Preliminary drafting of correspondence on Director’s behalf
  • Delegating work in Director absence, organising complex travel
  • Diary management, planning and organising meetings and events
  • Preparing papers for meetings
  • Conducting research
  • Typing documents, managing and reviewing filing and office systems
  • Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment
  • Managing ad hoc projects
  • HR Administration
  • Maintaining HR policies, procedures and forms
  • Co-ordinating recruitment
  • Assisting manager with performance management and other HR matters
  • Taking minutes at meetings as requested and circulate within one week
  • Sharing responsibility for general office tidiness and reception duties including answering the phone
  • Skills & Responsibilities:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
  • HR administration experience
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Experience of developing and/or maintaining quality systems and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft applications of Excel, Outlook, Databases and Word
