Service EngineerOnsite | Great Yarmouth | £30k - £45k DOELangham Recruitment is looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join a leading engineering solutions specialist in the oil and gas industry. Our client, a major player in the sector with customers and facilities worldwide, specializes in niche technicalproducts.The Service Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing work scopes related to Aftermarket Services, including Small Projects, Services and Repairs, Component Sales, and Capital Spares.Key Responsibilities:

Design and engineer hydraulic/pneumatic and electrical systems according to project specifications and statutory requirements
Assist in Small Project/Repair activities to achieve project milestones by collaborating with all departments, clients, inspectors, and subcontractors
Develop project plans and schedules
Provide technical support and advice to customers
Manage budgets and resources
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Maintain accurate records of project activities

Requirements:Essential:

Significant experience in a Services/Projects/Engineering environment
Knowledge of hydraulic or pneumatic schematic systems
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships and effective communication channels in a high-pressure, time-sensitive workplace
Proficient in Windows-based software

Nice to have:

Engineering qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
Experience and understanding of the oil and gas industry
Project management experience
Sales-related environment experience
