Are client, a growing SME based in Great Yarmouth, are currently seeking a forward-thinking Finance Manager to provide operational and strategic direction to the business as they embark on a period of planned steep growth.This is a hands-on role that forms part of the leadership team and has overall responsibility for the accounts function. Key responsibilities are:- Overseeing the preparation of annual budgets- Monitoring actual income and expenditure against approved budgets- Overseeing effective management of creditors and debtors- Completion of cashflow forecasting and management account preparation and presentation to the Leadership team- Preparation of end of year accounts- Leading and coaching a small accounts teamSkills/experience/qualifications:- Proven experience in a similar role- Strategic financial planning experience- Financial management experience- Experience of preparation of annual budgets, forecasting and management accounts- Experienced in developing finance and accounting policies, procedures, and systems- Experience in managing VAT- Fully AAT qualified as a minimumOffer:- 40 hours per week- Car allowance on successful completion of 6 months probationary- Private health care for your family on successful completion of 6 months probationary- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 31 days holiday after 18 months of service- Holiday on your birthday- Flexible working hours- Free car parking- Fully stocked kitchenFor more information please contact Riva at Keeler Recruitment on
