Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity to join a Wiltshire based IT team supporting a team of 1st line employees. If you have experience supporting a team, ensuring all SLAs are met and have a great range of technical knowledge then I would love to hear fromyou.What we are looking for from you:

  • Prior team lead / senior experience (minimum 2 years’ experience)
  • Knowledge of service management tools
  • Technical knowledge of MS Windows, Citrix, MS Office etc
  • Knowledge around ITIL (foundation)
  • Clear and professional communication skills – verbal and written
