Office location: Batheaston, Bath.Working hours: Approximately 16 hrs per week.Salary: Negotiable based on experience.H Mealing & Sons is a medium-sized builder with a small, friendly team of office staff.We are looking for a person with good experience in a similar position, who can work as part of a close team and who is also capable of working in their own initiative. There will be two staff sharing this role so knowledge of every aspect is preferable.Shared responsibilities and duties include:- Process, prepare and submit CIS returns.- Process, prepare and submit VAT returns.- Maintain purchase ledger for job costing and accounts.- Bank reconciliation and payments.- Maintain and reconcile Credit Card and Petty Cash.- Process weekly labour timesheets for Job Costing and process weekly payroll.- Process monthly payroll.- Work place pension administration.- Year end accounts.Experience and qualifications:- Accounts / Bookkeeping experience.- Experience with SAGE accounts and payroll packages.Benefits:- Workplace pension.- Holiday entitlement.- Friendly and flexible work environment.- Free off road parking.
