Job Description

Im currently working with an international FMCG business who are looking to add an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to their team due to company growth. Youll need strong communication skills and to be a real team player as this company is all about working as a team. Please note, to be considered you must be able to drive as the office is not accessible via public transport. Key Tasks:

Administer & Operate Cloud Based and On Premise Infrastructure Services in line with ITIL best practises

Provide Systems Administration and Operational Support for Microsoft 365 SaaS environment, Azure PaaS, IaaS & SaaS environments

Provide Systems Administration and Operational Support for Network Routers, Network Switches, Network Firewalls, Network SD-WAN Appliances, Physical Servers, Virtual Servers, Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, Automated Workstation & Server Build Provisioning, Database Management, Print Servers, File Servers, Wireless Networks, Wired Network Cabling, Communications Rooms, Infrastructure Monitoring, Security Patching, Anti-Malware, Disaster Recovery, Systems Performance, Systems Security & backups

Provide second line technical support for all cloud services and on premise infrastructure

Monitor server and network devices, ensuring any errors are reported to the relevant team members or resolved.

Monitor server backups, investigating errors and performing regular testing.

Maintenance of on-premise storage and server infrastructure.

Assisting UK IT team to create and configure VMs to deliver projects.

Implementing security improvements and updates to Servers and storage.

Management of SCCM, run compliance reports on workstations and servers.

Essential Experience:

Microsoft stack knowledge, sharepoint, 365

Active directory

Group policies

SQL Server

Veeam backup

Hyper-V admin

Storage experience
