Job Description

Temporary Sales Administrator!Location: Baildon- ShipleySalary: £11.00 per hour!Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30-5:00 and Friday 8:30-4:30 and 1 Friday a month you will be able to work remotely too!Duration: 11 -12 monthsBenefits you can expect while working on behalf of Office Angels:

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly, bubbly team! This company will offer full training/support and free on-site parking!You will be working within a fantastic office environment and be offered an early finish on Fridays! You will provide excellent first line customer service, order processing in a timely manner and other general administrative duties.If you have experience with Order processing or Sales Admin, then please apply today- Immediate start on offer!Your day-to-day duties will include:
  • Manage the order process from start to finish
  • Organise and manage customer returns
  • Produce relevant reports
  • Arrange courier shipments for customers
  • Generate and dispatch daily invoices
  • Be first point of contact for inbound customer queries
  • Answer inbound calls and look to resolve customer queries first time where possible

  • Is a professional with excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Is Self-motivated to deliver excellent customer service
  • Has excellent planning and organisational skills
