What Will You Be Doing
  • Responding to customer queries via telephone and email
  • Booking and managing customer appointments
  • Updating customer contact details
  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc admin tasks
Who Are We Looking ForYoull be perfect for this role if you:
  • Have 1+ years of customer service experience (call centre, hospitality, retail etc.)
  • Are a confident communicator
  • Love building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Can easily pick up new systems
  • Have experience of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
