What Will You Be Doing

Responding to customer queries via telephone and email
Booking and managing customer appointments
Updating customer contact details
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc admin tasks

Who Are We Looking ForYoull be perfect for this role if you:

Have 1+ years of customer service experience (call centre, hospitality, retail etc.)
Are a confident communicator
Love building and maintaining relationships with customers
Can easily pick up new systems
Have experience of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
