Job Description

Job Title Installations ManagerLocation AudenshawSalary- £30,000Working Hours: 39.5 Hours a weekMondayThursday 8am-4.30pm / 8am-4pm FridaysWorking for a local Building/Installations firm you be responsible for ensuring that all works are carried out through the flexible, accurate and most cost effective & efficient project management of all installation works.Duties

  • Adhere to the companys Code of Practice
  • Request customer payments & credit control
  • Resolve or escalate issues & complaints
  • Utilise CRM system in relation to customer satisfaction for both Installations and Service calls.
  • Line management responsibility for Installers, Sub-Contractors, & Surveyors
  • Assist Installation Coordinators (IC) with job scheduling for Installers & Sub-Contractors
  • Assist Directors (D) with the recruitment of Installers & SubContractors
  • Prepare and check necessary documentation
  • Oversee, train and manage Installation Coordinators (IC) Customer Service Manager (CSM)
  • Oversee, manage and issue site specific Health & Safety, Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) in liaison with Directors (D)
  • Legislative knowledge and adherence, pro-active approach
  • Working within budgetary restrictions
  • Ownership and accountability for the quality and final installation of all projects, e.g. sign-off
  • Support Sales and Business
  • Provide technical advice to Installers & Service Engineer
  • Customer liaison regarding technical enquiries
  • In-tune with market changes relating to Technical area of business
  • Refer variations back to sales / Directors (D)
