Job Description

Year 1 Teacher Milk Education are working closely with a primary school in Atherton (M46) who are seeking a creative and passionate Year 1 Teacher. This temporary Year 1 Teacher role is covering a maternity cover and will commence Monday 26th February and will continue until Friday 19th July 2024.As the Year 1 Teacher you will be responsible for teaching a class of 30 children and you will have the support of a full-time TA working alongside you. There will also be another TA in the classroom who works one to one with a child who has an EHCP.If you are reliable, passionate and dedicated and looking for a temporary, long-term role then get in touch with me today.   • Previous KS1 teaching experience
  • Previous Phonics experience
  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS
  • Taught in a UK Primary School or British International School in the last two years
  • Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
