You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet the challenges of working to deadlinesAs a Support Service Manager you will support the Hospital Director for all non -clinical aspects of the Hospital and Community Services by providing strong and robust leadership in a non-clinical environment using the core skills of facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, teaching and delegation. You will be highly visible and accessible to patients and their families and staff, ensuring all patients and their families have the opportunity to seek information, help and support, or to communicate problematic or celebratory issues.Essential Experience
