Construction Project Manager Location: Homeworking position - Midlands / NW preferred Salary: c£40-45k (negotiable & depending on experience) + bonus + pension Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (Flexible Hours) Our client is a well-regarded specialist consultancy with a strong client base of primarily SME food and rural sector businesses. They offer a number of services including construction project management and general business consultancy. Established in 2002they specialise in providing a top quality and effective service to the highest standards for their clients in all their service areas and they are now seeking a Construction Project Manager who will lead, manage and deliver client projects (ranging in valuebetween £200k and £5 million) primarily in the SME food processing sector.The main objective of this role is to ensure construction projects are executed to the highest possible standard ensuring budget, time and quality objectives are met and that projects are delivered safely in compliance with all construction and sector specificlegislation and regulations. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work closely with several key stakeholders including clients, architects, surveyors, engineers, contractors and other relevant suppliers & consultants assessing and resolving any potentialchallenges to project delivery. This role will form a key part of the senior team and, using project management techniques, you will be responsible for the smooth running of multiple projects from design to completion. You will therefore need to be an excellentcommunicator and relationship builder able to spot & resolve issues / challenges before they arise.To be shortlisted for this role you must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role and you will need a relevant qualification in project management, surveying or architecture. An understanding of building regulations and construction / contractlaw is essential and we will need to see evidence of achievements plus construction project management tools and processes. To be successful in the role youll need to be a highly organised, customer focused individual, who can manage multiple projects, self-motivate,self-manage, is good under pressure and thrives in the world of building & construction.
