    • I’m currently looking to speak with experienced and professional Operations individuals who have a strong background with running multiple departments within successful Hotels/Resorts. I’m partnering with one of the leading Hospitality Property venues in the South West who are best known for their unique and quirky atmosphere!Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest expectations and bookings
  • Managing the implementation of corporate events and wedding bookings
  • Managing external contractors and negotiating SLAs/Service contracts and payments to get best value and quality
  • Managing the maintenance programmes for the accommodation and function spaces
  • Managing stocks, including purchasing of guest supplies
  • Maintain compliance with various statutory and industry specific requirements including but not limited to; Fire Safety, Health & Safety, and Insurance etc…
