Full or Part time Sales negotiator required for award winning independent Estate Agency in the South Devon / Dartmoor area with a friendly team environment and salary up to £25,000 on target earnings.A leading independent practice of estate and lettings agents are currently seeking a sales negotiator. You will be working for a long established firm, who take pride in offering a friendly, professional service tailored to meet their clients needs. Theyhave been successfully selling country estates, farms and houses across the region for many years.They are looking for a smart and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have the energy and drive needed to succeed in a busy sales environment and the ability to work effectively on their own and as partof a successful team.With at least one years experience of working within estate agency or lettings, carrying out viewings, sales progression / admin and with an excellent track record of success and a comprehensive understanding of the property market and the legal aspects.You will be enthusiastic and pride yourself on keeping your clients happy.
